The concept of Doshas is often the first way people hear about Ayurveda.
There are 3 Doshas, Vata, Pitta and Kapha and most people are predominantly one of these but everyone is a combination of all three to some extent. Some of us are naturally more fiery, while others are more airy or earthy.
